Introduction of PEMS (PEMS- Portable Emissions Measurement System) Business

Most of the materials that make up the vehicle emissions provide bad effects to the global environment.
Although HDV (Heavy-duty vehicles) operating in Korea require intensive management because of high pollution sources (NOx 71% and PM 59%),
it is difficult to have ISC (In-Service Confirmative) testing via on-road testing because most are using its test via an Engine Dynamometer.
Due to the reason, the US has introduced ISC testing with PEMS since 2007 and Europe has introduced certifiate and ISC testing about EURO-6 LDV with PEMS.
In case of Korea, ISC testing with HDV has been started since January 1st, 2016 and with LDV adding PN (Particle# counter) has been started since September, 2017.
